If teamwork is marginal, studies have indicated organizational effectiveness (on-time performance, meeting service/product delivery schedules, hitting cost targets, delivery quality, etc.) can decrease 13% to 28% while cost increases 35% to 45%.

What We Provide

To aid organizations in maximizing team performance, we provide an internet based self assessment driven program that allows each team member and team leader to identify strengths and growth opportunities for raising individual and team effectiveness.

Process

o gain insights into team performance we analyze the drivers influencing and shaping team behavior. These drivers include:

  • Mission -- Goals, objectives and measures of success.
  • Resources -- People, time, skills and other resources assigned.
  • Culture -- Individual and collective values, beliefs and attitudes that influence behavior.
  • Work Style -- Styles or personalities of team leaders and members.

Deliverables


Information collected from team members is compiled and analyzed and a summary report presented to management and the team addressing the following:

  • Unique Team Personality -- The sum of individual perceptions, beliefs and personalities and how the overall team will tend to behave and the effects on performance and effectiveness.
  • Team Strengths -- Those characteristics that represent team strengths, and recommendations for optimizing their use to realize maximum gain.
  • Opportunities for Growth -- Team blind spots and weaknesses that are hindering performance and recommendations for minimizing and/or eliminating them.
  • Strategies -- Strategies for implementing recommendations and measuring increased effectiveness. If desired, we can further assist the team with periodic review and guidance in the successful implementation of strategies.
